Size Guide
ThermaGel comes in two sizes: S/M and L/XL.
S/M fits most wrists 5.5"–7" in circumference (typical for smaller frames).
L/XL fits wrists 7"–9" in circumference (typical for larger frames).
Not sure which to pick? Wrap a tape measure or string around your wrist just above the wrist bone. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, adjustable fit — the strap closure allows for some flexibility either way.
The 3D gel pad is designed to sit directly over the wrist for targeted hot and cold therapy regardless of size.
